Jordan Belfort says fraudsters have tried to recruit him

Jordan Belfort could have been linked to Lori Loughlin, Felicity Huffman and the other parents involved in the corruption scandal in the colleges … but he did not bite at the hook.

The real life "Wolf of Wall Street" was at LAX when we asked him about the admissions scandal involving schools like USC, Harvard, Yale, UCLA and Georgetown.

Belfort tells us that his son was a Georgetown candidate and that a shady character got his number and tried to tie him up … but he and his son refused. He added that the program went well beyond the old days of "wink wink" of donating to the way your child entered the university.

With regard to the recruitment process, Jordan assumes that it could have been one of the Rick Singeris "researchers" … but it is not certain.

Regarding Singer – the leader of the scandal – Belfort has some predictions about the legal ramifications of his dishonest ploy … and that goes beyond prison.

As we reported … Huffman, Loughlin and her husband are face criminal charges for their involvement. It looks like the "wolf" thinks that they should be a little lax.
