Damon dash just took another L in court at the hands of Roc-A-Fella and Jay Z … but their legal war is far from over, and they may soon be fighting again.
Federal judge just rejected Dash’s offer for a temporary restraining order that would have blocked the record company’s shareholders meeting on Friday – a meeting where Dash claimed Jay would try to pass restrictive regulations Dame’s ability to sell her stake in RAF.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Dash says he’s trying to sell his 1/3 stake in Roc-A-Fella, but claims Jay is trying to do whatever he can to block it.
Dash says he recently learned of a Friday afternoon meeting between Jay and the RAF’s third founder, Kareem burke, and he rushed to court to have a judge arrest him.
But, the judge denied DD… and instead told him that he could sue later if he disputed what came out of Friday’s meeting.
This is another legal setback for Dash … as we reported earlier, a court temporarily blocked Damon’s attempt to sell Jay-Z’s debut album, “Reasonable Doubt,” as NFT.
