The British royal family has a long-standing connection to James Bond. Of course, Bond itself is fictional, but the 25 films have led to many real events. Over the years, it has become a tradition for film premieres to be held in London, and there are often a few royal guests in attendance. Queen Elizabeth attended her first Bond premiere in 1967 and since then, although the obligations have changed, members of the Royal Family have been a permanent part of the premiere. In light of Bond’s most recent premiere last week, in the presence of Kate Middleton, Prince William, Prince Charles and Camilla, here’s a look at all the times the British Royal Family caught up with 007.
