(Consumer Reports) During the week, do you enjoy a healthy breakfast at home? Or are you more likely to take food at your favorite coffee shop or have a coffee break on the way to work?

Food experts at Consumer Reports tasted 48 foods for breakfast and collected nutritional data, looking for healthy and tasty options.

Consumer Reports reviewed the offers of six popular channels. including sandwiches, oatmeal, smoothies and other morning favorites.
