Kenyans defend titles at African championships in Nigeria – KBC

<p><strong>  Four Kenyans will seek to defend their titles at the kickoff of the 21st African Senior Athletics Championship in Asaba , Nigeria. </strong></p>
<p>  Kenya will be represented by a strong 64-member team at the event from Wednesday morning to August 5th, which will be shown live on KBC Channel One. </p>
<p>  A series African stars and field converge in Asaba, Nigeria with Kenya In 1965 Kenya's leadership team included Mathew Sawe, high jumper, Alice Aprot, the 10,000m female runner, Grace Wanjiru and Samuel Gathimba, the 20 km runners to defend their respective individual titles, they won at the previous edition held in Durban, South Africa in 2016. </p>
