Aston Villa is expected to receive a "significant investment" from businessmen Nbadef Sawiris and Wes Edens.
Owner Tony Xia held talks to relinquish some of his control of the club to the company's pair, NSWE.
The negotiations are now successfully completed and Xia will become co-chair under a co-ownership agreement.
The Chinese businessman spent the summer looking for new investments to fill a deficit of 40 million pounds after Villa 's failure. Win the promotion back to the Premier League last season.
A statement issued by the club said: "Dr. Tony Xia and Aston Villa Football Club announce that NSWE, a company owned and jointly controlled by the NNSF Group and Wes Edens businessman, is going to immediately inject significant capital investment into the club.
"At the same time, Dr. Tony Xia will become co-chair and will remain a member of the board of directors."
L & D Agreement was ratified by the English Football League and comes after Villa, who was relegated to the forefront 2016, lost to Fulham in the final of the play-offs in May
