MUSIGA expresses sorrow about the Tamale accident

The President and leaders of the Union of Musicians of Ghana (MUSIGA) expressed deep sadness over the accident involving fans of Fancy Gadam and Zylofon Media staff which caused a number of casualties.

Obour called the accident unfortunate and called on all road users to exercise caution and consideration towards other road users.

He also expressed his condolences to the families of the victims of the accident. Obour called the Tamale MCE, Iddrisu Musah Superior, to show restraint in managing the issue since its ban on musical performances at the Aliu Mahama sports stadium may not be the panacea.

He appealed to the ERM to avoid making unfounded allegations that could incite residents of Tamale.
