Charles Dickens' classic novel A Christmas Carol has undergone almost all known revisions of man. The adaptations included Muppets, Flinstones, Disney and of course, Bill Murray flayed. The Christmas comedy 1998 is a must for the holiday season. Thirty years after its release, we are talking about a remake in the works of Kevin Hart.

according to The Hollywood Reporter, the updated version of flayed will be produced by Hart's Hart Productions. They are currently looking for a scriptwriter to write the project. The original film featured Murray as a hateful producer who hated vacations and who was responsible for a live TV show from A Christmas Carol. The film also starred with Karen Allen, Alfre Woodard, Mabel King, Bobcat Goldthwait and Robert Mitchum. It was not a huge box-office success, but every holiday season, the networks kept it spinning. flayed received an Oscar nomination for best makeup and hairstyle, but eventually lost the crown Beetlejuice.

As for Hart, he plays in The secret life of pets 2 and December Jumanji: Welcome to the jungle. The comedian will also start shooting Sony Pictures Paternity, an adaptation of the bestseller Two kisses for Maddie.
