The series is produced by Mattel Television with Rob David, Vice President of Mattel TV and author of He-Man: the war of eternity, and the show will be developed by writers Eric Carrasco (Super Girl) Tim Sheridan (Reign of Supermen) Diya Mishra (Magic: the rally), and Marc Bernardin (alphas).
The animation work of the series will also be done by Powerhouse Animation, the studio behind the new Castlevania series. Smith has this to say in a statement:
