Kim Kardashian’s “Saturday Night Live” preparations are no laughing matter.

The reality TV superstar, 40, is set to make her debut as a host on the live-action sketch show this weekend, and she reportedly brought in a team of comedy legends to make sure that she is a success.

Kardashian asked Dave Chappelle, 48, Ellen DeGeneres, 63, Amy Schumer, 40, and James Corden, 43, to help her prepare for the concert, according to TMZ, and the stars were all keen. to help.

Production sources for the NBC show say the famous funny men and women gave Kardashian “tips on what to include in her monologue, how to do certain skits and a humorous performance.”

The sources further told TMZ that Kardashian had “exceeded expectations” given that she had “no experience in the world of comedy.”

The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star is said to have made fun of herself while serving as a host, with some of her jokes being said to be “self-deprecating.”

And while Kardashian may have called on the heavy hitters to help her prepare, publicly she’s showing no signs of nervousness.

In a promo for her “SNL” concert, released Friday, Kardashian joked that hosting the iconic show would be “so easy.”

Appearing alongside actor Cecily Strong, 37, and musical guest Halsey, 27, Kardashian jokes that she doesn’t mind the big gig as long as she’s the prettiest person on set .

Meanwhile, the bombshell is said to have another very famous name that would help her prepare for “SNL” – her ex-husband, Kanye West.

West has appeared on “SNL” as a musical guest on several occasions and is said to be “bouncing ideas” with his ex.

“Kim and Kanye are in a great place, and they’re always exchanging ideas and looking for advice and guidance, and this gig is no exception,” a source told ET.

And the pressure is on Kardashian to help increase “SNL” sag ratings.

Last week’s Season 47 premiere only attracted 3.5 million viewers, according to the Nielsen rating agency.
