"Morning psoriasis," she subtitled the picture in her bed, showing several red patches on her face.
Kim began talking about his diagnosis in 2011, and informed fans over the years of his health, as it deteriorated and improved.
In February, she also shared a selfie featuring a herbal ointment that she wore during flares of light on her face.
Psoriasis, which does not heal, causes rapid accumulation of cells on the surface of the skin, forming itchy and sometimes painful scales and redness.
