A few days before his arrival, Kim Kardashian West canceled his trip to Israel.
Carolina Lemke, the Israeli sunglass brand that has partnered with Kardashian West, announced Saturday that the visit of the star of the reality show and the model of this week was postponed to an unknown date.
Several Hebrew media have speculated that Kardashian West had pulled out of the trip after rocket fire on Tel Aviv on Thursday night. Carolina Lemke did not explain the reason for her cancellation.
Kardashian West's visit to Israel this week aimed to mark the launch of its partnership with Carolina Lemke, the eyewear brand dedicated in part to Bar Refaeli. Both models have already shot a joint advertising campaign in Los Angeles, which began climbing advertising billboards across Israel.
As part of the partnership between Kardashian West and Carolina Lemke, reality TV has designed its own line of sunglasses, already available for sale in Israel and presale in the United States.
In announcing the partnership, Carolina Lemke said last year that Kardashian West has signed a deal with the brand, alongside Refaeli, for at least two years. The agreement also awarded Kardashian West 10% of the shares of any company created in the United States by the brand and 5% of the product range of sunglasses that she designed.
Kardashian went to Israel for the last time in 2015, with her husband Kanye West and their daughter North.
