The German court in Dortmund has decided against Sergei W, accused of using explosives to attack the bus on April 11th.
The athlete from Dortmund was attacked while he was heading to the stadium for the UEFA Champions League match.
Sergei installed three explosives along the bus.
The attack killed a Spanish policeman, Marc Barbatara, and a policeman on a motorcycle for an escort.
Sergei was convicted of badault as a result of a mbadive purchase of profitable put options aimed at reducing the course of Dortmund 's action by an explosive attack.
