US economic growth in the third quarter was 3.5%.

The US Department of Commerce has announced that GDP grew by 3.5% per year in the third quarter from June to September.
In the second quarter, it was 4.2%, the highest level in four years, and growth slowed slightly.
On the New York financial market, the growth rate slowed, however, from 4% to 4%.
JP Morgan Chase forecasts a 2.5% increase in the fourth quarter and 2.2% in the first quarter of next year, while Goldman Sachs expects a decline to 2.5% in the fourth quarter and 1% in the second half of next year.
