A pilot of Jin Air, a low-cost Korean Airline airline, was caught drunk shortly before taking the plane.
The pilot also admitted to drinking, but the Ministry of Lands, Transport and Maritime Affairs, which regulated what happened, put an end to the case without disciplinary action.
