Prosecutors investigating suspicions of judicial farmers conducted a third investigation into suspects against former High Court Judge Koh Young.
The prosecution is considering a bill to appeal against former Supreme Court Justice Park Hyun-dae and the Supreme Court, who have already been summoned four times.
