◆ Omi: This has been done through collective bargaining. In the meantime, the CEO offered to proactively resolve the KTX team's issues through informal interviews with religious elders. At that time, the CEO spoke to us about the basic problems of electricity recovery, then transitioning to a full-time job and retraining when the team's work was return. On this basis, our KTX commissioners decided to negotiate.
