(Yonhap News)
Starting tomorrow (6), the fuel tax will be reduced around service stations.
Oil prices will be reduced by 15% in four oil refineries in Korea, including SK Energy, GS Caltex, S-Oil and Hyundai Oilbank.
Gas prices are expected to fall by a maximum of 123 won per liter, 87 won for light oil and 30 won for LPG and Bhutan. However, only 8% of all service stations have direct fuel cuts and over 90% are service stations.
On the other hand, unlike self-service stations, direct service stations have direct store supplies on behalf of the service station. In addition, the app can locate the retail store and perform a search on the portal site.
