However, as the opposition party recently changed its position, it became a universal allowance in about a year.

At the same time, the Ministry of Health and Welfare has voted an increase of 103.125 billion won from the budget allocated to birth incentives. If the proposal is confirmed by the Preliminary Commission, a grant of 2.5 million won will be paid to the mother who gave birth after October.
