Joint inter-Korean research trains travel the tracks and control rail and railroad systems in the North, such as sleepers, rails and gravel.

The duration of the tour is six days for the Gyeongui line and 10 days for the Donghae line.

If the two Koreas are in a hurry, it is possible that the inauguration ceremony of rail / road connections and road-north-south modernization will take place this year, and that the government plans to discuss the location and method. of the ceremony on the ground with the North.

A Unification Ministry official said the schedule was not heavy, but it was not urgent enough to give up.
