The permanent employment controversy of Seoul Transportation Corporation extends to other public institutions.
The company that cooperated with Incheon International Airport Corporation and the Korean National Land Information Corporation were also hired by a large number of relatives of employees before the transition of irregular workers into regular workers.

[리포트]Last year, Incheon International Airport Corporation announced that it would only convert non-regular workers into contract workers.
Since then, the Incheon International Airport has recruited new employees.
An airport security contractor and four new illegal workers are the nephews of Mr. K, who is responsible for the company.
Two new terminal managers have emerged as the sons of employees of neighboring partners.
As a result, only 14 cases were officially confirmed at the Incheon International Airport office due to suspicions of parent recruitment by employees.
