Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday urged German Chancellor Angela Merkel to discuss the Ukrainian naval trap.

Putin said he worried about the situation in Ukraine that day and Germany asked the Ukrainian authorities to no longer "act recklessly".

The Russian government has also warned that the declaration of martial law in Ukraine could be countered by hostilities in eastern Ukraine.

Earlier, Ukraine had declared martial law in connection with the Russian naval raid on its warship in the Kerch Strait.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Putin said he was going to declare martial law for 30 days on the border with Russia.

The Ukrainian parliament voted by 276 deputies out of 450 in favor of martial law that President Porcohenko presented Monday.

A Russian security patrol fired two Ukrainian ships and a tug to cross the Kerch Strait on the 25th and seized them. During this process, six members of the Ukrainian navy were reportedly injured.

The President of the United States, Donald Trump, said that he wanted to be "well off" for the Ukrainian warship in Russia.

US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice urged the United States and the United States to resign.
