– Russia negotiates US military bases on the border with Ukraine and Russia

Ukraine discusses ways to build an American base at the Russian border, while Russia fights against the bombing of the Ukrainian navy and the arrest of the seizure, reported the Russian daily Izvestiiya citing a diplomatic source Ukrainian.

According to Ukrainian diplomatic sources, Ivan Vnick, a member of the Ukrainian ruling party Petroporoshenkoblock, said the project to build a US military base in Ukraine had already been promised to the American political community. "The US bases will ensure the security of the Russian threat," said Binic.

According to Binic, the location of the base is under discussion at the eastern border or in the area adjacent to the Crimean peninsula.

Some also predicted that the United States would not officially promise to deploy US bases in Ukraine because of their relations with Russia. A US political source said: "The deployment of US military bases in Ukraine could further deteriorate relations between the United States and Russia."

A Russian naval bomb exploded Tuesday near the Crimean peninsula, killing at least three Ukrainian warships and seizing 20 ships and sailors for illegally entering Russian territorial waters. The Ukrainian government has declared a 30-day martial law, refusing to inform Russia of its travel plan.

The United States therefore stipulated that the Russian acts were invasions and had promised Russian military support to Ukraine.
