President Moon Jae-in will hold a summit with US President Donald Trump at the G20 summit in Buenos Aires, Argentina from November 30 to December 1.
White House National Security advisor John Bolton said on Monday that Trump would meet President George W. Bush at the G-20 summit.
Cheong Wa Dae said earlier this year that the G-20 was pleading for the sixth Korea-US summit. At this meeting, it is planned to discuss the denuclearization of North Korea and relax the sanctions against it.
President Trump will also hold bilateral talks with Chinese President Hu Jintao, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, Russian President Vladimir Putin, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Argentine President Mauricio Macleod and Turkish President Tzipi Efedian.
