Two lawyers of the owner of the New England Patriots, Robert Kraft, accuse the prosecutors of misconduct in his request for the offense of prostitution.
Alex Spiro and William Burck made the allegations on Wednesday, a day after prosecutors accused them of lying in court. In court documents, they accused the Palm Beach County Attorney's Office of going beyond the mere violation of Mr. Kraft's rights and tarnishing their reputation.

Prosecutors say that Spiro falsely accused police officer Jupiter Scott Kimbark of telling other officers that he would lie to justify stopping a customer's traffic. Orchids of Asia Day Spa. Defense lawyers say the police arrested clients after alleged traffic violations to find out who they were and to prosecute them later.
Spiro says Kimbark told other officers that he would invent a reason to stop the client.
Also on Wednesday, a Palm Beach County judge in Florida again closed the surveillance video and other evidence to the public in the solicitation case.
Wednesday's decision applies to evidence in the cases of Lei Wang and Hua Zhang. Each woman is the subject of numerous criminal charges following an investigation into alleged prostitution at the Orchids of Asia Day Spa.
Police in Jupiter said that Kraft had stopped at the spa in January and had been arrested on video surveillance to pay for sexual favors. Until now, Kraft's lawyers have managed to ensure that the video is not made public until the case is resolved.
Kraft faces two counts of solicitation of tort in the case. He pleaded not guilty.
