We invite the adult population of Priekule and Priekuliai to quit smoking by applying for smoking cessation *. The courses will be free and will take place from July 16 to August 6 in the House of Priekuļi Association (Cēsu prospekts 1, Priekuli, Priekuli)
The information group on smoking will take place on Monday 16 July from noon. From 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm During this time you will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the group leader, qualified psychologist Solvita Valteri, as well as to learn about future activities. The other 3 support group lessons are scheduled once a week, Monday from July 23, from noon. 17:00 – 20:00, in the House of the Priekuļi Association
We invite every adult, smoker, Priekule or Priekule from the neighboring community who wants to quit smoking or who has received a recommendation from a professional of the health to stop smoking.
Apply both to those who think for the first time about stopping smoking and those who have already tried quitting but failed. During the courses, the specialist will be able to receive help and quit smoking as well as acquire new skills to successfully overcome the desire to resume smoking after the end of the lessons support group.
