New London

Kerry Barum, 41, of 224 Vauxhall St. Extension was charged on October 6 with driving with a suspended license and failing to have taillights.

Luiz Suarez, 59, of 36 Truman St. was charged on October 6 with driving with a suspended license and failing to display the license plate.

Oliver Bizimana, 38, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Thursday with second degree harassment.

Rajean Rodgers, 38, of 105 Willets Ave. was charged Friday with risk of injury from minor and disorderly driving.

Thea M. Rivers, 30, of 214 Brandford Ave., No.41, Groton, was charged with breach of public order on Friday.

Yannick Williams, 31, of New Haven, was charged with third degree assault on Saturday.

State Police – Montville

Joshua Bragdon, 33, of 466 Long Hill Road, Groton, was charged Friday in Montville with probation violation and first degree failure to appear in court.

Stoneton

David C. Kennedy, 52, of 976 Shennecossett Road, Groton, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and reckless driving.

Jackson Cutler, 25, of 77 Vauxhall St., New London, was charged Thursday with Third Degree Assault, Second Degree Public Order Violation, Third Degree Theft and Obstructing an Appeal ’emergency.

Robert L. Mitchell, 45, of 63 Cross St., Westerly, was charged on Friday with felony breach of a protection order.

Erica C. Morales, 31, of 202 Montauk Ave. was charged on Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failing to drive properly.

Blaine A. Henault, 58, of 153 A Route 12, Preston, was charged on Friday with second degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

Jose Enrique, 36, of 65 Dennison Ave., New London, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding and not driving in the right lane.

Angel Whittington, 29, of 78 Blackhall St., New London, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
