The Military Court of Cbadation, presided over by Judge Tani Lattouf, postponed the trial of Ahmad al-Asir and his co-defendants: Mohammed Barakat, Khaled al-Amer, Hussein Ybadin, Yahya Dukmak, Mohammed al- Asadi and Badia al-Naqouzi.
The Presidency of the Court sent a letter to the Directorate General of Internal Security Forces, in which she asked to inform the Court of the reason why the three detainees were not being marketed, who disrupted the trial. The permanent military court sentenced the prisoner to Abra after being convicted of "forming an armed group and attacking the Lebanese army, killing and trying to kill a number of military and of civilians, and to sentence the others to ten years of forced labor, challenged the decision of the military court and requested a new trial.
