The Lebanese State Minister for House Affairs died today in Qansu at the age of 70 after a long conflict with the disease.
Qansu was formerly Minister of Labor in the government of Prime Minister Rafik Hariri, He was also "Minister of State" in the governments of former Prime Ministers Fouad Siniora in 2008 and Najib Miqati in 2011, according to the 39; National Information Agency.
Graduate of the Faculty of Education of the Lebanese University in 1973 and from 1973 to 1996. Author of several textbooks for middle and high school.
He was a member of the Syrian Social Council in 1968 and was appointed to his post in 1996, 2000 and 2005.
