The president and CEO of Time's Up, an organization that fights against sexual harassment and discrimination at the workplace, resigned after her son was charged with sexual assault, the group said.

Lisa Borders, 61, announced Monday that she was resigning "to address the family's concerns that require of me special attention".

The borders took office at Time & # 39; s Up on November 1st. On the same day, thousands of Google employees resigned to protest the New York Times' revelations that the technology giant had protected three leaders accused of sexual misconduct and paid them.

On November 2, Borders told "CBS This Morning" that the walkout resembled the universe claiming its decision to join Time's Up, an organization dedicated to "creating a safe job, just and dignified for women of all kinds.
