Cedd Moses, CEO of Pouring with Heart, the hotel group that owns the Las Perlas bar, said in a statement that the service manager had asked two groups of guests to leave after a "heightened verbal altercation". He added that the company had "zero tolerance for this type of behavior".

The incident is being investigated by the police.

"The guards removed the guests who did not comply with the director's request and acted in accordance with the company's policy," reads the statement.

The LAPD acknowledged the incident on Twitter and said she could not comment on an ongoing investigation.
