We’ve rounded up some of our favorite old-fashioned memes and jokes below, because if the movie has taught us anything, it’s that life is too short to be serious all the time.

Old was not only a hit on the Internet, he was also a box office hit. The film took first place with $ 16.5 million in the United States and $ 6.5 million overseas. Despite this being the lowest opening weekend in Shyamalan history, the director is self-funding his films and keeps budgets low, which means projects don’t have to gross as much as films from other directors to be profitable.
IGN’s review of Old acknowledged that it may not have been Shyamalan’s best work, but it is “a film that shows maturity – a film that takes on universal and intense themes with twists and turns. stimulating meditation on what it means to be alive. “
