Today is World Vegan Day, recognizing a growing legion of meat-free diners who consciously embrace the plant-based lifestyle. Whet your appetite for vegan food with these five Instagram personalities, whose Instagram feeds are sure to inspire you.

The Baker Minimalist
For sweet treats made in the vegan style, The Baker's Minimalist makes things super easy even for novices with the oven. Beautiful pictures bring to life Dana Schultz's elegantly simple recipes, where you'll find everything you need to make your day. And they're mainly gluten-free too, in case that's a concern.

Vegan Body Building
Worried about making up the muscle while on vegan diet where do you get your protein from? Follow Vegan Body Building and you'll have more ideas than you'll know what to do with. And yes, non-meat eating body-builders are a thing – Nimai Delgado, Dominick Thompson and Samantha Shorkey are all super ripped and 100% vegan.

Vegan Richa
Richa Hingle, a mastermind chief who blogs regularly at veganricha.com, is well-known for her mouth-watering plant-based recipes and gorgeous accompanying photographs. She is also the best-selling author of Vegan Richa's Indian Kitchen and the more recent Everyday Kitchen: Everyday Recipes with a World of Flavor.

More sweet than savory, Mei Yee's Instagram feed is #veganfoodporn. This chef makes lots of local ingredients so it's easy to adapt to your kitchen.

The Korean Vegan
A full-time Chicago lawyer, Joanne L. Molinaro blogs at thekoreanvegan.com and her flames flames with great pictures of her vegan creations, which are both Korean and Western in inclination. It's a wonderful peek into her life as well, the history of her family and what vegan to go vegan.
