Two ordinary but witty and spirited women are in action in "The Spy who unloaded me" who embark on an international adventure after one of them had been dumped and discovered that the ex is actually a spy. Featuring a talented troupe composed of Mila Kunis, Kate McKinnon and Gillian Anderson, Justin Theroux, Hasan Minhaj and Sam Heughan, "The spy who stole me", women are beating buttocks on both sides of the camera. The director / screenwriter Susana Fogel at the head of the film
"The spy who robbed me" tells the story of Audrey (Kunis) and Morgan (McKinnon), best friends longtime who cross several European capitals, hunted by a crowd of top-secret agents who want to help them or kill them – or both. Audrey and Morgan learn to fight their way through the world of battles, car chases and daring escapes. They include a taciturn British agent, Sebastian Henshaw (Heughan), a pretentious bastard, Topher Duffer. (Minhaj), calculating the spying chief Wendy (Anderson), and the cold-blooded murderer Nadedja (Sakhno). With all this, the two best buds quickly learn that they can not trust anyone except one to another.
"It's bridesmaids who meet Bond," says co-writer / director Fogel. Fogel and his friend and fellow comedian David Iserson often sat in the same café in Los Angeles, working on their own separate projects, sometimes exchanging ideas. This is how the Spy Who Dumped me started
"The idea was of two people who do not belong to a film of action," adds Iserson. "But they have to survive when they find themselves in such a really aggressive world, testosterone and Bourne Identity." The two writers often used this world, a boys-only playground, to tell a story of two very different women who are the best friends, and stronger than they know it.
Fogel first sent the script to the star of "Saturday Night Live," Kate McKinnon. "I've read all the scripts available in the known universe, and this one really packed me up, done very well and very funny," McKinnon says. "I loved friendships so much, I loved that they were not fighting each other, it reminded me of my relationship with my 22 year old best friend, and I thought … I have not seen it recently, I want to do that. "
With McKinnon on board to play Morgan, the script was sent to Mila Kunis for Audrey. "I've always wanted to do a badass girl action comedy," says Mila Kunis. "It was one of the funniest, most heinous, most wonderful comedies I'd ever read and it was super badass. That could be two guys … there was It turns out that they are two girls who have the punch. "
" The Spy who emptied me "opens on August 1 in the cinemas of Pioneer Films.
