What if DC did a Batman TV show that actually played Batman?

We heard that Gotham can not call his character Joker "the Joker" with any other odd stipulations like he was not allowed to have green hair. The obvious choice for DC from Time Warner would be HBO, where Batman could exist in all his glory, and working with talent there, would probably produce a series of very high quality. I guess DC considers risk as a TV Batman surpassing that of the movie, or confusing audiences, but with the current state of DC content, it would probably be one of the least confusing situations within range of hand.

Of course, I will look Gotham and Batwoman and Titans and an original story Alfred freaking (yes it's seriously a thing is happening too), but it's time, give us a real Batman
