The new Colony luxury office suite
with personal butler service and Google Home Automation where everything in
the piece is controlled by the voice.

a sumptuous coworking space and an equipped office located in the heart of KL,
unveiled a prototype for its future luxury office suites. The office suite
called the Jamestown Suite is the first of its kind and is fully equipped
with fully stocked mini-bar, lounge set, flat-screen TV and personal butler
service
Take a step further by disrupting the typical and maintained coworking space
offices, the office is also equipped with Google Home which acts as your
personal assistant giving you information of your schedule for the day, to
turn on the lights or open the curtains in the room.

themselves where our customers spend the most time are usually basic with just one
simple table and chair. At Colony, we care a lot about our customer experience and

The 215 square feet
Jamestown Suite is built for one person and goes for RM 10,000 per month which makes it
the most expensive office in Malaysia at RM46.5 per square foot, more than 3 times
the most expensive rentals in KL. The company is also seeking to pioneer the concept
of "workcation" in room rental for RM300 per day.

similar spaces enter the market. Our unique and premium offer
market has allowed us to increase rates over the past year and we are constantly

Colony expects to build more of these super luxury suites in its future
Locations. It is planned to open his 3 location at the end of
this year at Q Sentral at KL Sentral. The company said RM 20 million
funds raised to build spaces since its creation.
