Amy Adams enjoys a day of shopping with her husband and daughter in Beverly Hills

Amy Adams, 43, started a family moment after finishing a press tour for her new HBO Sharp Objects series.

The Oscar nominee was spotted Monday in Beverly Hills with her husband Darren Le Gallo, also 43, his daughter Aviana and a friend

.

Amy was wearing blue skinny jeans with a black sleeveless top and big brown boots.

She has accessorized with a matching brown leather handbag and round brown sunglasses.

The Golden Globe winner twice left her signature red braids long and fluid and separated in the middle.

Her husband Darren, who is an actor and painter, wore classic blue jeans with a gray t-shirt and a pair of checkered shoes that would make Sean Penn's Fast Times character at Ridgemont High

. Their 8 year old daughter, Aviana, looked adorable in a white floral summer dress and, like mom, had long, long, red hair that darted and separated in the middle.

Amy is known to keep his personal privacy. But she opened in an interview with Little London on the fact that being a mom changed her priorities and how she approaches her career.

Of course, this has had an impact on the kind of projects I've chosen and I want to play characters that make me happy, "she says. I look at things differently now. I am much more careful to be present and to think more deeply about the issues that affect my daughter. My perspective has completely changed.

Amy admits she's well aware that she may not have the same kind of opportunities in the years to come in Hollywood and that she's to take advantage of this period of success in his career

… I spend very good times with my husband and my daughter so that any project that I choose becomes a project that I really feel obliged to do. This is not easy and it is an issue that many working mothers are facing. Then, in a slightly dark tone, she adds, "Sometimes when I tell my daughter that I have to go to work and that she can not come with me, it's difficult for me to to see her sad or upset.

Amy and Darren have been married since 2015.

They met at an acting class in 2001, and then started dating together about a year later.

They were hired in 2008 but waited seven years before getting married on a ranch near Santa Barbara, California.

The Red Talent had a stellar career in Hollywood that includes five Oscar nominations for his performances in Junebug (2005), Doubt (2008), The Fighter (2010), The Master (2012) and American Hustle (2013). She also has seven Golden Globe nominations that have earned her two trophies for American Hustle and Big Eyes.

More recently, Amy promoted her new limited edition HBO Sharp Objects, which premiered on July 8th.

And she is currently in pre-production for Disenchanted, the sequel to the Disney Enchanted movie.

She will also perform in Dick Cheney's Backseat Biopic, due out in December.
