Rockland – The 2018 First Friday Art Walk season continues on Friday, August 3rd. Many of Rockland's galleries will be open, including (but not limited to) Landing Gallery, Art Space, Yvette Torres Fine Art, Strand Theater, Caldbeck Gallery, Craft Gallery, The Art Loft, The Center Gautschi, Harbor Square Gallery, Maine Coastal Islands Art Gallery, Jonathan Frost Gallery and Black Hole
The Caldbeck Gallery will open with current exhibitions "New Paintings" by Kayla Mohammadi "Seasonal Suite" by Barbara Sullivan and "Out in the Field" by Jill Madden in Oil Painting
CRAFT Gallery also continues with its hit "Teapots: Real and Imagined" until August
The Gautschi Center will present new works by Brigitte Gautschi and will offer the opportunity to meet the artist.
Harbor Square Gallery presents works from his gallery, with new works by Joanne Willams, Avis Turner, John Bisbee and Mic Hale Waterman.
Black Hole continues to show "Summer Salon, 2018".
The first artistic march of the AIR (Arts In Rockland) takes place from 17h to 20h. The Farnsworth Museum of Art and the Maine Center for Contemporary Art offer free admission during the event.
