National Geographic has taken over new travel series from Gordon Ramsay and Jeff Goldblum, the network announced Wednesday.
"Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted," slated for the premiere in 2019, follows the famed chef as he embarks on anthropology-expeditions through the kitchen to unearth people, places, and the most incredible flavors the world has to offer.
Each episode will include exploration and adventure with local gastronomy heroes; to track traditions, hobbies and customs specific to certain regions; and the light competition testing Ramsay against the locals, pitting his own interpretations of regional dishes against the tried-and-true classics.
