KUALA LUMPUR: IHH Bhd Healthcare Bintai Kinden Corp and Digi.com Bhd are among the titles to follow following their latest corporate news, according to JF Apex Research.


IHH Healthcare has entered into a subscription agreement with Fortis Healthcare Ltd for the subscription of 235.29 million new Fortis shares or approximately 31.1% of the share capital of Fortis for Rs 4,000 million (RM2.35bil) at price of 1709 rupees (RMB 9.98) per share


Bintai Kinden was awarded a RM 50.48 contract from Tenaga Nasional Bhd to build a new GIS switching station at Selangor.


Digi's 2QFY18 net profit jumped 7% year-over-year thanks to a higher postpaid subscription mix, a better quality prepaid base and good traction on new digital innovations.
