Earlier this week, the fashion designer debuted his new look after his recent surgery by renowned plastic surgeon Dr Andrew Jacono.

In a previous Instagram snap inside a hyperbaric oxygen trailer meant to help speed recovery, Jacobs put his strong jawbone, raised eyebrows, and taller cheekbones to full screen so that his 1.6 million followers can check them out.

“I’m turning on my oxygen,” Jacobs wrote in the caption of the photo, where he yelled at Hyperbaric Medical Solutions on Friday.

Jacobs confirmed he had undergone a deep facelift.

The New York-based surgeon previously worked his magic on Doctor Botched Paul Nassif and Real Housewives of New York City star Sonja Morgan, who both had his facelifts.

Nassif’s “deep lift” cost $ 50,000, while Morgan’s face and neck lift totaled $ 75,000.

It is not known how much Jacobs paid for his surgery, but he probably spent around $ 50,000 as Dr. Jacono favors the deep plane method.

Jacobs, who is known for his youthful appearance and ripped physique, is no stranger to physical transformation. Just two years away from his 60th birthday, he’s completely different from what he was as a young designer.

In the 1990s, the New York native began his fashion career designing for sportswear label Perry Ellis. Although he wasn’t showing his body back then, even under clothes, he visibly looked less muscular than he is now, and his tattoos weren’t yet apparent.

In 1992, Jacobs presented his “grunge” collection for the brand. To reflect the times, as well as his collection, he sported long, shaggy hair, a dark look, and loose fitting clothes – a far cry from his neat and polished look now.

“I never took care of my appearance. I was like, ‘Who cares? I’m in the studio 16 hours a day and no one sees me, ” he recalls in a 2010 interview with Harper’s Bazaar.

He went from 21% to 5% body fat following the advice of a nutritionist, who told him to cut out caffeine, sugar, white flour, and dairy products and exercise every day. .

The designer, who had rarely set foot in a gym, cleaned up, began sporting a trendy cut, and grew his thatch, marking the start of his transformation back to his current appearance.

Jacobs has been talking about plastic surgery for years, telling GQ in 2008 that he was open to it.

‘I’m looking at Tom [Ford] and he looks great. Everything he does works for him, ”he said. “And I don’t know if he’s doing something, but I’m not against it. Anything that makes me feel good, I want more.

He added that he had already gone under the knife to thicken the bridge of his nose after hitting a glass door.
