Mark R. Sanders, 61, of Steubenville passed away on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at Sienna Skilled Facility. He was born on March 20, 1960 in Rome, Italy.
Son of the late Richard and Sophie Geshoff Sanders. He is also predeceased by a younger brother Richard.
Mark retired from the Steel Valley Regional Transit Authority where he worked for over 20 years. He was a member of Triumph of the Cross Parish and graduated from the Steubenville Catholic Central High School class in 1978.
The survivors are his wife Robin, whom he married on July 31, 1987; one son Carlo Sanders of Steubenville; one daughter Courtney (Josh) Leasure of Steubenville; one sister Karen (Tom) Sabol of Alliance, OH; two grandchildren Ezra and Noah Grace Leasure.
Call hours will be Sunday from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. services at Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. Interment will be private and will take place at a later date.
