A rumor suggests that Marvel Studios could bring back Charlie Cox as Daredevil, among other characters, in the Echo Disney + series.

Charlie cox could come back soon like daredevil in a big way.

Over the past year or so, it has been rumored that Cox will return as Matt Murdock in Spider-Man: No Path Home and in the next one She-Hulk series for Disney +. While none of the appearances have been confirmed, a new rumor indicates that Cox is committed to another Marvel Studios project: Echo, which could serve as a potential fourth season of daredevil. The news was shared on Twitter but is courtesy of DanielRPK, a scooper known for revealing industry news on his Patreon. According to his report, Cox and most daredevil The cast of the canceled Marvel Netflix series set to appear in the upcoming Echo series on Disney +.

While the report does not specify which characters will return, it does note that they are most of the “main cast,” which could include Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson and Vincent D ‘ Onofrio who is already rumor has it that she is coming back to some extent for Hawk Eye.

Rumor has it that the Echo the series could serve as daredevil Season 4 of sorts, with Marvel Studios reportedly looking to give Cox its own daredevil project again down the line. With Echo set to mark Marvel Studios’ first Native American-led project, many feared the titular hero Alaqua Cox would be eclipsed by the cast of daredevil. However, DanielRPK then clarified his statements on the report once he made the rounds on social media. He reassured the fans Echo would still be Alaqua Cox’s show, and that Cox and the rest of the daredevil the actors were in the process of being brought into the Marvel Cinematic Universe as a soft reboot when they appeared on the series.

In recent months, as rumors of his return for Spider Man: No way home continuing to spread, Cox played shyly when asked if fans could see him in the MCU soon. In the past, Cox categorically denied his involvement in No way home, however, he recently revealed that he needs to be careful how he responds to rumors of afraid of compromising his luck to join the MCU. He’s also concerned about spoiling things for the fans. “I don’t really mind, I don’t really tend to think about it too much,” Cox said. “I’m just aware of when I’m asked about it. I don’t want to spoil anything for the fans anyway.”

Cox, of course, played the role of Matt Murdock / Daredevil in Netflix. daredevil series for three seasons. He also played the character of the miniseries, The defenders. Since the show’s cancellation, due in part to Disney’s launch of his own streaming service, Cox has spoken of his desire to return as the Man Without Fear. The three seasons of daredevil are now streaming on Netflix, while a release date for Echo on Disney + has yet to be revealed.
