Burnham was arrested on October 1 in Davis, West Virginia.

Burnham was held at the Allegany County Detention Center on October 5, where he is being held on charges of first degree murder and unlawful taking of a motor vehicle in connection with the Reynolds case, jail records show .

Burnham is charged with two counts of first and second degree murder, as well as using a handgun in the commission of a felony in the death of the Robinettes, according to the statement of charges.
