Measles outbreak: New York County prohibits unvaccinated children from public places

A state of emergency came into effect in Rockland County, New York, to limit the spread of measles. It prohibits unvaccinated children from most public places. One hundred and fifty-three people have been infected in the county since last October. Nikki Battiste reports.
