Meghan Markle’s family drama could have been avoided years ago, a source tells Fox News.
The former “Suits” actress caught the world’s attention in late 2016 when she reportedly dated Prince Harry. The couple tied the knot in 2018 in a televised royal wedding seen by millions. They now reside in Montecito, California with their son Archie Harrison, 2, and Lilibet “Lili” Diana, 3 months.
Aside from the couple’s whirlwind romance, there has been a tense family drama between Markle, 39, and members of his family. Most notably, his father Thomas Markle Sr., half-brother Thomas Markle Jr. and half-sister Samantha Markle have all spoken out against the 39-year-old in recent years, the latter two that Markle has insisted on taking. ‘she doesn’t’ know very well.
A source from the Markle family told Fox News that although harsh words have been spoken about Markle by distant family members, she could have ended it years ago if she had given her family a proper warning regarding his courting with Harry, 36.

The insider went on to say that Markle’s claims that she did not know the distant members of her family who spoke out against her are false.

Meanwhile, Markle’s father recently spoke from his home in Rosarito, Mexico, and expressed his desire to meet his grandchildren. The 77-year-old said he would go so far as to sue the couple.
