Michael Bisping wants to see his fellow Anderson Silva, former UFC middleweight champion, suspend his gloves after another defeat on Saturday at UFC 237.
Silva (34-10 MMA, 17-6 UFC) has won only once in his last eight fights after his first round loss to Tared JK Cannonier (12-4 MMA, 5-4). UFC). "The Spider" kicked in the leg at the end of the first frame and immediately fell on the canvas, writhing in pain.

Fighters are often not heard calling the retirement of another fighter. However, Bisping said that's what needs to happen with Silva.
"Time has caught up (with him)," said Bisping. "With the greatest respect, Anderson Silva must retire. He has already given a lot to this sport. He does not need to give more. Enjoy the retreat. "
Silva has not made any public comment since his defeat at UFC 237. Despite the painful nature of his defeat, he has not been rushed to the hospital after the fight and instead chose to go home.
