Minerd says US stocks could dip 15% in ‘very difficult’ fall

U.S. stocks could fall 15% or more by the end of October in a tough time for markets, said Scott Minerd, chairman and chief investment officer of Guggenheim Investments.

“September and October will probably be very tough this year,” Minerd said Wednesday in an interview with Bloomberg Television. “Maybe a decline of 15% or a little more. But once the Dodgers get into the World Series opener, I think you’ll be able to buy.
