As of Thursday, 177 newly confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported in Montana, and the death toll in the state since the start of the pandemic is 1,443, according to data compiled by MTN News.
The number of active cases in the state currently stands at 952, according to MTN News, and there has been a cumulative total of 105,013 cases of the virus in Montana. Of the total cases, 102,618 have recovered.
There are currently 50 people hospitalized for treatment for the virus, and the cumulative number of hospitalizations is 4,789.
The number of tests conducted in the state reached 1,201,983, an increase of 4,220 over the previous 24-hour period.
The number of Montanans who received at least one of the two vaccines is 497,982, and the number of Montanans who received both vaccines and are now fully vaccinated is 196,204.
