An Arizona mother asked for answers after stating that her 15-month-old daughter had returned home after being scarred by multiple bite marks on her body.
Alice Martin said her daughter was more agitated than usual after a day at Tucson's Creative Beginnings Preschool about two months ago.
When Martin went to bathe her later, she noticed that the child's back and shoulders were covered with what appeared to be bite marks.

"At first, I thought," Are these really bite marks? Martin told KOLD News 13. "And then, my brain stopped thinking and started crying. More than 25 years ago and more, it's hard to say. 25 would be the minimum that the police officer and I discussed. "
